Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items Custom wig units and personalized bundles may require additional processing time. You will be notified if your order requires extended processing.
Shipping Options (US Only) We currently ship within the United States only.
