📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time. Your selected shipping timeframe begins once your order has been processed and shipped.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for fulfillment and will either be:

  • Available for local pickup
  • Scheduled for local delivery
  • Shipped to the address provided at checkout

🛍️ Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom wig units, personalized bundles, and other made-to-order items may require additional processing time due to the customization involved.

If your order requires additional processing beyond the standard 3–5 business days, you will be notified.

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Choosing Standard or Express Shipping does not reduce the 3–5 business day processing time.

Owlz Bundles is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

📍 Local Pickup & Delivery

Customers selecting local pickup or local delivery will be notified once their order is ready.

Pickup and local delivery will be available after the order has been fully processed and prepared.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

⚠️ Lost or Stolen Packages

Owlz Bundles is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If you believe your package has been lost or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
